To facilitate overseas Chinese citizens to handle notarization services in a convenient and efficient manner and improve the efficiency of notarization services at embassies (consulates), our consulate will activate the notarization appointment preview function of the "China Consular Affairs" APP starting from 31, October 2025.

Applicants need to upgrade the "China Consular Affairs" APP to the latest version, select the "Notarization Service" business module, fill in personal basic information completely and accurately, fill in and select notarization information and upload corresponding materials. After preview by the embassy (consulate) is passed, applicants can make an appointment for the time to come to the consulate for processing and come to the consulate to handle notarization services according to the appointment time.

To avoid affecting the progress of notarization due to the lack of necessary certification materials, please bring relevant materials to the consulate to submit a notarization application only after the preview of the "China Consular Affairs" APP is passed.
